Zapier Integration

Overview

The UserCheck Zapier Integration allows you to connect UserCheck with thousands of other apps (like Airtable, ActiveCampaign, Unbounce, Help Scout, and more) to automate email and domain validation workflows with no code required.

• Validate emails or domains automatically as part of any Zapier workflow
• Block disposable or temporary emails across CRMs, form builders, databases, and support platforms
• Improve list hygiene, prevent spam signups, and enhance user quality

Actions

UserCheck provides two actions in Zapier. There are no triggers: a Zap is started by another app, and the UserCheck action checks the email or domain it passes along.

Check Email

Check whether an email address is disposable, and get the other signals for it and its domain.

Input:

• email: the email address to check (e.g., [email protected])

Returns:

• Validation results including disposable, spam, public_domain, relay_domain, and more

Check Domain

Check whether a domain is disposable, and get the other signals for it.

Input:

• domain: the domain to check (e.g., example.com)

Returns:

• Domain reputation information like disposable, mx, spam, blocklisted, and more

Common use cases

• Tag users in ActiveCampaign or HubSpot if their email is disposable
• Block form submissions in Unbounce, Typeform, or Gravity Forms
• Auto-flag suspicious tickets in Help Scout
• Enrich rows in Airtable with validation results
• Build workflows in Zapier Tables that rely on email reputation

Getting started

1. Visit the UserCheck Zapier page
2. Click Try it or create a new Zap
3. Select UserCheck as your app and choose an action (Check Email or Check Domain)
4. Connect your UserCheck account using your API key
5. Map data from your trigger app and run your Zap
